With its 17 m2 space, the modern Gate Twenty Two Standard Room is the ideal choice for a business guest or a single traveller.

Standard Rooms are air-conditioned and equipped with a desk, a minibar, a flat screen tv, coffee/tea machine, safety deposit box and boutique amenities.

The rooms have a double bed and a private bathroom with shower.

Our Standard Rooms are located in the first and second floor of the building, and are either facing the north side of Nicosia, with a view on the old city, or the southern side, facing the medieval Venetian walls and the new city.
